My successful career covers production roles, sales and marketing and executive and board positions across a broad range of industry sectors in NZ, Australia and the UK.

My skills, capability and experience is built up over a diverse range of industry sectors ranging from steel making, industrial fastening and adhesives, specialist paper products, digital graphics, reprographics, print industry, business support services and international business development.

My ability is to understand business owners and ownership dynamics (having been one myself), getting the best from people and forging successful teams, cutting through complexity, setting and meeting meaningful and doable targets, innovative thinking and attention to detail.
